Whereas, monthly mentoring sessions, should bring to the table Six Sigma foundations and other development tools to ensure sustainable results and boost your career.
While the recommended format is two coaching and one mentoring session per month, totalizing 18 sessions, in six months, the program can be tailored to fit your needs.
Although we will assess, and find out the best fit of the Lean and Six Sigma methodology and tools according to your needs, the program itself also follows a Six Sigma approach. Along the way, we will apply Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) to maximize our chances of success within the Six-Month program.
